Rainy Monday!
I got 6 miles in today OUTSIDE!!!!!! It was awesome! My goal is 25 miles this week!

Incline won't go below 2; and that's good.
So my treadmill's incline now won't go below 2, but I think that's a good thing. It will go higher, but if I want to run on a flat surface, I'll have to go outside. Living on the side of a mountain won't make it easy to find a flat surface.

Team party

Let the Training begin!
We are only 6 but we are 6. The sweet six team!! This is going to be awesome.

Sweet Six Teamers,
Just getting this blog up today. Will have music and pix soon. Brady and I created a running chart the other night including distance per leg. We've thrown some names on legs, but nothing is set in stone. To see it, click on the link to the right that says Ragnar Running Chart.
Feel free to update us on your running on this blog. It's good motivation.
I ran 4 1/2 miles this morning changing speeds and setting the dreadmill to different inclines!
